Preschool Advanced

(Ages: 3 – 5 years old)

Our preschoolers are learning a variety of skills to prepare them for their academic future. At this age, children are like sponges that soak up everything in their environment. There are letters to touch and trace, site words to read and write and songs to dance and sing. Our classrooms are labeled with words to enhance early reading. While working on their academic skills in English and Spanish, our preschoolers are taught independence and introduced to phonics and handwriting techniques. As part of our five-step writing program, children trace and write words daily. Our children explore math and science on a daily basis, through number recognition, problem solving, counting, sequencing, shapes and observation. Utilizing real life materials, we discover sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.
